Guidelines for Abstract Submission

GENERAL CONDITIONS

This year’s theme for E-Poster Submission is OCULAR DIAGNOSTICS AND SURGERY.

Participants must submit abstracts with the following format:

All abstracts must be submitted in English with the following template
- Case report / case series: Introduction, Case Illustration, Discussion, Conclusion, Keywords
- Research: Introduction and Objective, Methods, Result, Conclusion, Keywords
The abstract may not exceed 300 words
Abstracts are uploaded via website link
All abstracts must be received before February 18th @23.59 WITA / GMT +8
The first author must register online before submitting the abstract and upload the abstract from their account
Abstract has never been presented in another scientific program or published
If the abstract format did not follow the requirements, the participants will not be included in the competition without any notification

Participants must send the e-poster in English with the following format:

Consist of: Title, Authors and Institution, Introduction, Case Illustration (diagram, table, and picture), Discussion, Conclusion, Keywords, Reference (at least 3 references in the last 5 years)
E-posters must be submitted in JPG format, landscape view with 16 : 9 ratio, minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, minimum font size of 6 pt, file size less than 5 MB, and uploaded via website link
E-poster must be received before March 4th 2022 @23.59 WITA / GMT +8
If the e-poster has not been received by the committee according to deadline, the participant will be disqualified
Judging is based on abstract, e-poster’s content and view
